About MedAuditz

People who understand what happens before and after the claim.

Revenue cycle challenges rarely start in one department. MedAuditz brings together practical experience in payer relationships, credentialing, billing operations, coding and technology to help healthcare organizations identify the causes behind delayed reimbursement—and move the work forward.

Why we're here

Revenue cycle expertise with a practical purpose.

We believe providers should have clearer visibility into reimbursement barriers, reliable support in the details, and actionable guidance—not a report that sits on a shelf.

Our mission

Bring clarity and accountability to complex reimbursement work.

Help healthcare teams find revenue cycle gaps, understand root causes, assign the next action, and build dependable processes from payer enrollment through payment reconciliation.

Our approach

Connect the work across teams and systems.

Claims, denials, credentialing, payer follow-up and A/R are not separate problems in practice. We look across those touchpoints to identify what is delayed, what matters most, and who can resolve it.

The people behind MedAuditz

Leadership and expertise, not just a billing queue.

Experience across revenue cycle management, technology, medical coding and auditing helps inform the way MedAuditz supports healthcare organizations.

How we work

Clear priorities. Consistent follow-through.

Our focus is on the operational details that help people make good decisions and move revenue cycle work forward.

01 / Understand

Find the root cause

Look beyond the denial or aging balance to understand workflow, payer, enrollment and documentation issues that may be creating repeat problems.

02 / Organize

Make ownership visible

Track status, deadlines, next actions, and accountability so issues do not disappear between departments or follow-up cycles.

03 / Improve

Use evidence to guide action

Turn meaningful reporting and operational observations into prioritized next steps for leaders and working teams.

Technology that supports the people

Credentialing backed by ProviderVault.

MedAuditz uses ProviderVault technology to bring clearer organization to provider files, credentialing status, expirable tracking, payer enrollment follow-up and reporting. It supports accountable work—not a substitute for knowledgeable people and payer-specific review.
